In this video, I am in the wild looking for a home ground for hiking. A place I can frequent to enjoy great weather, fresh air, and calm.
It will also be a place where I can hone my fitness, photography, and filmmaking.
As I mentioned in the video, once you start exploring a place over a period of time, it begins opening up to you, and you get to see its different facets. You discover more of its stories that are first hidden in the initial visits.
Having a place like that lets you have micro-adventures that keep your mind and body healthy.
Such a place allows you to prepare for bigger and bolder adventures out in the wild.
These benefits are often overlooked when people think about a small local hike.
I think it’s the right of every individual to have access to such a place in their city.
Cities should be planned with consideration for the conservation of such landscapes.
I hope you enjoy this video. More hiking videos will follow.
