Sadhguru the author of Inner Engineering: A Yogi’s Guide to joy is the founder of Isha foundation.

Isha foundation is a nonprofit organization operated by 2 million volunteers around the world. Isha foundation at its core has the mission of complete human well-being and world empowerment.

May it be nature or man, Isha foundation caters to everyone. Spreading the message of a limitless possibility that we humans are and how the world can benefit from it if all human beings evolve to their highest state of being and become a full-fledged life.

Sadguru has spoken at the World Bank, United Nations, Google, Microsoft, and many other such influential places. His talks have been a key motivating factor in shaping the ideas that will shape our world in the future.

This book Inner Engineering: A Yogi’s guide to joy in his own words, when he was speaking about our human form and body, he said:

“This (Human Body) is the most sophisticated piece of technology in the world, all other technology comes through this, even when you buy a small feature phone it comes with a user’s manual, we go through it even before using that simple gadget.

Also according to research done by some organizations, it says that 90% of the people don’t even use 10% of the features available in a simple feature phone, forget smartphones for that matter.”

So how are we supposed to know the infinite possibilities of this amazing system that we are when no one even gave us a user’s manual? We are just born and left to figure out all the little intricacies regarding it and we all know how that’s coming about.”

Well, those are not his exact words, I am writing from memory what I remember. However, the context is 100% correct and that is what he meant.

So Inner Engineering: A Yogi’s guide to joy is simply the user’s manual. As I have read it and I have read several other spiritual books over the course of my life, I have been reading about it for many years, what I can tell you is that it’s a great introductory primer book. It will initiate you into all things human and life.

It will help you think about the limitless possibilities of life and how to start your journey in that direction. It’s a compelling and a wise read, it will really open up your perception about how you see everyday things in life and it will let you know how you should correspond with them.

So who should read Inner Engineering: A yogi’s guide to joy?

  1. Anyone who wants to develop their perception about life
  2. Anyone who wants to explore the limitless possibility of life
  3. Anyone who is interested in developing themselves inside out
  4. Anyone who wants to understand what self-help really is or means
